My ratatouille delicious recipe

Ingredients:
1 zucchini
1 yellow squash
1 eggplant
1 can tomato paste
1 red pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of ground pepper
2 teaspoons of hot pepper flakes
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 red onion diced
2/3 cup of parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of butter
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 Fahrenheit.

2. Slice the zucchini, yellow squash , red pepper and eggplant into rounds of any thickness. Grease the baking pan of your preference.
3. Place the one zucchini slice followed by an eggplant slice, then a red pepper slice and yellow squash continue in the same manner. Until your pan looks like the one in the picture.
4. To make the sauce, melt the butter in a pan and the let the onion pieces fry. until they brown Add the tomato paste together with 3 cups of water add the pepper, salt, garlic salt, hot pepper flakes. Let it cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Then, remove the pan from the heat and let
it cool down. Later, add the parmesan cheese to the tomato
sauce.

5. Immediately pour the tomato sauce over the vegetables.
6. Bake for 40 minutes, once it is done sprinkle parmesan
cheese over.
