Ashanti's Delicious Bahamian Curry Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

14 chicken wings
1 lime
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. hot pepper flakes
4 medium size potatoes
2 cups of carrots
3 tablespoons of curry powder
1 tablespoon of butter
Preparation:
1. Add two cups of water, one pinch of salt, 1/2 lime juice to clean the chicken. Let the chicken rest there for 5 minutes.
2. To season the chicken use the juice of a lime with 1 tablespoon of cajun, 2 teaspoons of paprika and hot peppers.
3. Put the butter to melt on the pan, then season the chicken with the curry powder. Let the chicken simmer down on the pan for 5 minutes and then add water. Add the potatoes and carrots, then bring the mixture to a boil until the chicken is ready.
