Bacon and Cheese Quiche

Ingredients:


4 eggs
1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup of milk
2/3 cup of crumbled, crispy bacon
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper
1 pie crust baked
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons finely cut onion





Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 380 Fahrenheit

2. In a medium bowl mix all of the ingredients together. Place the mixture over the baked pie crust and then place this quiche in the oven.

3. Bake for 40 minutes. Enjoy!
